Description
It'd be nice if somebody could do a generic Mingw/Msys? install on Windows and compile all the dependencies and game from source.
Then, if somebody wanted a free Windows development environment, they could simply do the graphical install of Mingw/Msys? and unzip our home directory and viola! - ready to code, instant Epiar.
