Add Dialog box Feedback to the Landing Screens

Description

The player can't tell what the landing screen buttons they're clicking on are actually doing. There's not enough feedback when things fail.

Add Dialogs to the Landing window to tell the player what's going on. Any time they change their ship, buy or sell outfit, or Accept a Mission, a Dialog box should appear to tell them what's going on.

Alerts are not enough.
