[epiar-devel] Windows Binary of 0.3.0 for Artist

I have no problems with putting it up.
cmake just calls the NSIS compressor, which is a separate scripting  
platform. I suppose it's possible to detect existing installations, but  
that's another issue all together separate from cmake scripting. We can do  
that when we decide we dont' want people to install multiple versions of  
it.
