[epiar-devel] compiling with visual studio (windows)

eh, tutorial isn't really necessary, if you got cmake installed correctly,  
just run the CMake.cmd and configure and generate.

Only thing to watch out for either have all the dependencies installed  
correctly, or have none of them installed (this is preferred, as cmake  
will automatically download and create project files for them at build  
time), otherwise visual studio will complain about conflicting run times.

There use to be a time when you have to worry about directory structure,  
but it really isn't necessary now that the scripts are in the build folder.
