[epiar-devel] Compile Epiar on Windows using MSYS and MINGW

Unfortunately, Epiar isn't production ready and has a few bugs running around.  We're trying to squash them, but it's not perfect yet.

If you have a debugger ( I think that gdb comes pre-installed with ubuntu), you could run Epiar inside the debugger and try to catch the segfault.  If you can help us figure out where the fault is coming from, then we can start to fix it.
