Here's a development snapshot of the first of many steps to make scenario building for Epiar easy and accessible to everyone. Expect complete documentation and tutorials on all development tools when they're released and massive, friendly help on mailing lists, IRC, and email, to encourage everybody to make their own scenarios for the upcoming Epiar 0.6.0. This EAF archive editor is the first part in making a complete suite of development tools. Expect screenshots of universe editors, ship editors, and more in the coming weeks!
